DEW POINT = (dew point nedir; dew point Türkçesi) Sabit basınç altında ve sabit su buharı miktarı ile, havayı doymuş hale getirebilmek için soğutulması gereken sıcaklık. Doymuş havada, havanın su buharı basıncı, doyma basıncı olduğundan, işba sıcaklığı, doyuş buhar basıncı ile varolan buhar basıncının aynı olduğu nokta olarak da tanımlanır. İşba noktası, nem tablolarından, ıslak ve kuru hazne sıcaklık değerlerinden dolaylı olarak veya higrometreden elde edilebilir.
